Direct Performance was founded on the principal of helping customers save money by understanding their NEEDS from their WANTS and effectively differentiating the two. Customers often start projects with good intentions of improving or offering a new and better product or service and end with high costs and a failed deliverable.

Theses projects often started with NEEDS and transition into WANTS resulting in scope creep and over budget expenses. WANTS often get in the way of achieving NEEDS and that can be a recipe for project failure resulting in missing critical goals and objectives.
